A Advocacia-Geral do Estado de Minas Gerais (AGE-MG) publicou edital para processo seletivo de estágio em pós-graduação (stricto ou lato sensu) em Direito. Há 18 vagas, sendo 10% delas reservadas para pessoas com deficiência e outras 10% para candidatos autodeclarados negros, totalizando 20% do total. As inscrições foram abertas nesta segunda-feira (26/2) e serão encerradas na sexta-feira próxima. Clique aqui para ler o edital.

A carga horária semanal é 30 horas. O valor mensal da bolsa é de R$ 1.850,00. O auxílio de transporte mensal é de R$ 220,50.

Poderão se inscrever bacharéis em Direito regularmente matriculados em cursos de pós-graduação stricto ou lato sensu da área jurídica, em instituições de ensino devidamente registradas nos órgãos competentes e conveniadas com a Advocacia-Geral do Estado, cujo projeto pedagógico de curso de pós-graduação tenha previsão de estágio.

O candidato deverá atender, cumulativamente, aos seguintes requisitos: idade mínima de 18 anos completos; estar quite com as obrigações eleitorais e, se for do sexo masculino, também com as militares; ter conduta compatível com o exercício das atribuições de estagiário da AGE-MG; ter disponibilidade de 6 horas diárias e 30 horas semanais, de segunda à sexta-feira, em regime híbrido, conforme solicitação do procurador do estado orientador do estagiário; e não estar impedido de celebrar contrato com a administração pública.
