Agiliza MS: Governo faz oficinas de capacitação sobre compras públicas para municípios – Agência de Noticias do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul

O Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul, por meio da SAD (Secretaria de Administração) e Escolagov (Fundação Escola de Governo), em parceria com o Sebrae/MS, realiza a partir da próxima segunda-feira (19) oficinas de atualização e apoio técnico na gestão de processos de compras públicas aos servidores dos municípios de Mato Grosso do Sul. As inscrições seguem abertas com 290 vagas disponíveis. 

As oficinas serão presenciais e gratuitas e vão abordar os temas sobre Elaboração de ETP (Estudo Técnico Preliminar) e TR (Termo de Referência) e o Plano de Contratações Anual e Planejamento que serão ministrados pela procuradora-chefe da Coordenadoria Compras e Contratos Públicos da Secretaria de Estado de Administração, Vanessa de Mesquita e Sá; e Regime de atuação do assessoramento jurídico, ministrado pelo procurador-chefe da Coordenadoria Jurídica da Secretaria-Executiva de Licitações), André Carvalho.

O foco é fornecer ferramentas e conhecimentos necessários para que os participantes possam realizar os processos de forma mais eficiente, promovendo a transparência, a qualidade e a economia dos recursos públicos, além de contribuir para o crescimento e desenvolvimento econômico do Estado. As capacitações são desdobramentos do programa Agiliza MS – Facilidade em Gestão de Compras Públicas.

Para o titular da Secretaria de Estado de Administração, Frederico Felini, as oficinas visam melhorar a qualidade da gestão pública, e ainda têm como objetivo impulsionar o desenvolvimento econômico do Estado, fomentando a transparência e a gestão eficiente dos recursos públicos.

“Elas representam um passo importante no contexto do programa Agiliza MS – Facilidade em Gestão de Compras Públicas, demonstrando o comprometimento do governo em oferecer suporte aos municípios em relação à nova Lei de Licitações. Fomentando o municipalismo e cooperando para o desenvolvimento econômico do Estado”, destacou.

Conforme a secretária-executiva de Licitações da SAD, Muriel Moreira, nesta nova etapa do projeto do Agiliza MS o estado vai ofertar aos servidores municipais o suporte técnico para construção de processos licitatórios com robustez e segurança no procedimento, pautados nas regras da Lei n. 14.133/2021, de forma que os municípios possam continuar se desenvolvendo e atendendo sua população com eficácia e qualidade.

“Esta é apenas a primeira oficina que vamos oferecer aos municípios este ano. Todos os temas que serão abordados foram escolhidos pelos próprios servidores de forma a atender a eles nas temáticas que mais necessitam”, garantiu.
