‘Ainda Tem’ estende a folia de Carnaval em João Pessoa e público celebra encontro de culturas populares

O Carnaval em João Pessoa ainda não acabou e, neste sábado (17), o público da cidade e os turistas puderam aproveitar desde cedo uma programação toda especial promovida pela Prefeitura Municipal, por meio da sua Fundação Cultural (Funjope). Distribuída em quatro polos no Centro da cidade, a iniciativa ‘Ainda Tem’ estendeu a folia. O evento teve inicio às 11h com discotecagem do DJ Cris L, na Galeria Augusto dos Anjos, e prossegue até a noite, levando muita animação para o Centro Histórico e incentivo à microeconomia local.  

O ‘Ainda Tem’ é um encontro de todas as culturas carnavalescas, com apresentações no Ponto de Cem Réis, Praça Rio Branco, Casa da Pólvora e Largo de São Pedro Gonçalves. O evento, realizado pela Funjope, conta também com cortejos das culturas populares e carnavalescas da cidade.  

A apresentação do DJ Cris L relembrou a década de 80 com sucessos de antigos carnavais e levou saudades aos foliões presentes. Logo após, na Praça Rio Branco, a alegria ficou por conta da cantora Salete Marrom, que com sua simpatia e voz marcante, fez antigos e novos frequentadores da Praça dançarem à vontade muito frevo, samba, bolero e axé.  

O diretor executivo da Funjope, Marcus Alves, afirma que o ‘Ainda Tem” foi planejado com o intuito de reunir, no Centro Histórico de João Pessoa, diversas manifestações de arte e de cultura. “Então, nesta tarde de sábado, a gente tem aqui na galeria Augusto dos Anjos, uma discotecagem dos anos 80 com Cris L, que é um DJ muito importante na cidade. Nós temos encontros de culturas e de Ala Ursas, por exemplo, no Ponto Cem Réis. Temos Salete Marrom e um encontro das escolas de samba lá no nosso ‘Sabadinho Bom’, na Praça Rio Branco. Ainda neste período da tarde, a gente tem um encontro de culturas populares, sobretudo de Maracatus, e de discotecagem, na General Osório. Às 16h30, nós teremos um show da Myra Maia, na Casa da Pólvora, com diversas culturas populares”, elencou.  

Marcus Alves acrescenta que a programação é a união das culturas populares que enriquecem a história da cidade. “Qual é o sentido que a gente quer? A gente quer congraçar, reunir diferentes manifestações de cultura e de arte para comemorar e celebrar o sucesso do nosso Carnaval 2024. Ala Ursas, tribos indígenas, clubes de orquestra, grupos que são ligados à Associação Folia de Rua que vão trazer seus estandartes para fazer cortejos aqui, de modo que a gente possa só deixar o Centro Histórico de João Pessoa mais ativo, mais vivo neste sábado de comemoração do Carnaval”, destacou.  

Público aproveita a programação – Gerlanda Alves Garcez, da cidade de Riachão e frequentadora do ‘Sabadinho Bom’, afirma que considera maravilhoso o espaço da Praça Rio Branco.  “Já frequento desde o ano passado, foi quando eu retornei a morar em João Pessoa, vindo de Recife. É maravilhoso o Centro da cidade, né? Há um convívio bacana de idosos e de pessoas mais jovens, a gente geralmente fica até mais tarde, que é maravilhoso. É muito bom e muito acolhedor. Eu tenho um grupo que foi feito com pessoas daqui, que frequentam, que se chama ‘Os Manos da Cultura’, e a gente faz isso, a gente vê aonde tem os eventos que a Prefeitura promove e a gente está lá, junto, a gente se organiza, e vamos ‘simbora’ prestigiar, né? Porque é feito para nós, é feito para população, que também tem que ter acesso a cultura e coisas boas, conhecer nossos profissionais da arte” ressaltou.  

Ainda durante a apresentação de Salete Marrom, na Praça Rio Branco, uma das foliãs mais animadas do local, Aparecida Maria Martins Pereira, de Minas Gerais, revelou que tem 35 anos como sambista e que é apaixonada pelo ‘Sabadinho Bom’. “Moro em João Pessoa há mais de três anos, sou apaixonada pelo ‘Sabadinho’ que me lembra o samba de Belo Horizonte e o do Rio de Janeiro. Eu acho o professor Marcus Alves uma pessoa maravilhosa e que a Funjope faz um trabalho excepcional e, sempre que tem um samba de primeira qualidade, eu estou aqui”, afirmou animada.    

Durante a apresentação de Salete Marrom, o público participou cantando e dançando em todos os momentos. A banda da cantora é composta por oito integrantes: Índio, no violão sete cordas; Luciano no cavaco; Allan na bateria; Ramos Pereira no surdo; Popô na voz e pandeiro; Emmanuel Mattos no trompete; Pedrinho no Trombone e Adailton no saxofone.  

A jovem Jéssica Roberta da Silva, natural de Recife e morando atualmente em João Pessoa, considera que o ‘Ainda Tem’ abrilhantou ainda mais o Carnaval da cidade. “É o meu segundo Carnaval aqui em João Pessoa, inclusive eu até comentei com meu esposo que a hospitalidade em João Pessoa é muito boa, que um Carnaval muito bom de se curtir e que abrangeu mais, em questão desse evento, que se tornou particular, por ser depois do Carnaval, estendendo mais e ainda trazendo alegria, um ambiente seguro, com bastante proteção, eu gostei bastante, estou apaixonada. E é isso, quero que as pessoas brinquem com bastante paz e João Pessoa está de parabéns pela organização e vou toda a programação de hoje”, ressaltou.    

Programação:    

17h – Da Praça Rio Branco à Casa da Pólvora, acontece um Cortejo com Blocos do Folia de Rua e Agremiações, conduzidas por Orquestra de Frevo.  

17h – Na Casa da Pólvora, apresentação dos Maracatus Baque Raiz e Quilombo Nagô, alem das Ala Ursas: Urso Panda e Gorila Louco  

18h – No Largo de São Pedro, os Maracatus Baque Mulher, Pé de Elefante, Escola de Samba Malandros do Morro, Clubes de Orquestras São Rafael, Frevo e Folia, eTribo Indígenas Africanos, se apresentam.  

19h – Ainda no Largo de São Pedro, a Banda Tracundum faz sua apresentação.  

20h – No Ponto de Cem Réis, a Escola de Samba Unidos do Roger, Tribo Indígena Ubirajara do Rangel, Ala Ursa Urso Branco e Cia, Clube de Orquestra Ciganos do Esplanada.   

21h – Também no ponto de Cem Réis, a Banda Cabruêra se apresenta encerrando a noite.
