PGE-MS empossa novos procuradores do Estado aprovados no XIV Concurso Público do órgão – Agência de Noticias do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul

Em cerimônia realizada no prédio Sede do Órgão, a PGE/MS (Procuradoria-Geral do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul) empossou nesta quarta-feira (21) dois novos procuradores do Estado.

Marcelo Rozendo Vianna e Gabriel Sousa de Vasconcelos foram aprovados no XIV Concurso Público para procurador do Estado e agora integram o quadro da instituição responsável pela representação judicial e extrajudicial do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul.

Em tom de boas-vindas, a procuradora-geral do Estado, Ana Carolina Ali Garcia, fez o uso da palavra e destacou a importância do momento para Procuradoria. “Gostaria de dar as boas-vindas, que vocês possam somar a este nosso time. É uma honra estar dando posse mais uma vez a novos procuradores do Estado aprovados em nosso último concurso público”, disse Ana Ali durante a cerimônia de posse. 

A gestora ressaltou ainda o trabalho essencial da instituição para o Estado e se colocou à disposição para troca de experiências com os novos integrantes.

“Exercemos uma atividade essencial e a Procuradoria-Geral do Estado vem sendo demandada intensamente. Aqui nós transitamos em várias unidades, há uma inter-relação em vários ambientes, que é necessária em virtude dos conflitos que surgem cada vez mais complexos e específicos, nos demandando uma visão inovadora e sensível para representar o nosso Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul e prestar o assessoramento e a consultoria jurídica da melhor forma possível”, ressaltou.  

Durante o evento, o termo de compromisso foi conduzido pelo empossado Marcelo Rozendo Vianna que em posição de juramento anunciou seu comprometimento com a instituição. “Prometo cumprir fielmente os deveres da função de procurador do Estado, exercendo com dignidade e independência as minhas funções, cumprindo a Constituição do Estado e obedecendo a Lei Orgânica da Procuradoria-Geral do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul e o estatuto dos procuradores do Estado”.

Em seu discurso de posse, o novo procurador de Mato Grosso do Sul agradeceu a presença de todos e afirmou estar realizando um sonho. “Quero agradecer a presença de todos os colegas, dizer que estou aqui realizando um sonho junto com a minha família e que chego para somar, aprender e contribuir com a instituição”, disse Marcelo Vianna emocionado.

O empossado Gabriel Sousa de Vasconcelos também discursou e na oportunidade agradeceu a acolhida em Mato Grosso do Sul. “Estou feliz de estar aqui, desde o primeiro momento fomos muito bem recebidos. O que espero é ramificar minhas raízes aqui e cumprir a contento as funções do cargo”, afirmou.

Participaram da cerimônia o procurador-geral adjunto do Contencioso Márcio André Batista de Arruda, o procurador-geral adjunto do Consultivo Ivanildo Silva Costa, a corregedora-geral Fabíola Marquetti Sanches Rahim, o corregedor-geral adjunto Dênis Miyashiro, entre outros procuradores do Estado.

A partir desta quarta-feira (21), os novos procuradores passarão por um curso de formação organizado pela ESAP (Escola Superior da Advocacia Pública) no qual terão acesso aos sistemas, procedimentos e aprendizado prático para o exercício e cumprimento da função.
