Desde de criança a Narienny Viveiros sonhava em usar farda e mostrar a força da mulher na segurança pública. Os anos se passaram e com muita dedicação aos estudos e esforço ela conseguiu realizar o sonho de infância e hoje, como soldado do Corpo de Bombeiros militar é uma das centenas de mulheres que fazem a diferença na segurança pública de Mato Grosso do Sul.

Longo, o caminho para ingressar na segurança pública tem suas particularidades e dificuldades, são provas teóricas, práticas e testes, muitos testes, que avaliam o controle psicológico e a força física. “Sabia que seria difícil o serviço operacional do curso de formação, porém estive forte e mesmo com olhos profundos de sono e cansaço extremo honrei a minha farda”, diz Narienny, que hoje atua no serviço operacional atende todo tipo de ocorrência.

Obstáculos para conquistar o lugar ao sol, encontrou também a policial penal Fernanda Oliveira. Trabalhando em um dos ambientes mais complexos e desafiadores de se manter a ordem, o respeito e a segurança, que são os presídios do estado, em sete anos de carreira ela conquistou um dos lugares mais desejados da corporação e hoje é uma das agentes do Comando de Operações Penitenciárias (Cope), unidade que atua como força de reação da Agepen.

Para Fernanda, o profissionalismo e postura são fatores essenciais para os policiais, que como ela, são especializados em intervenções e escoltas de alto risco. E, para aquelas mulheres que também sonham ocupar um lugar de destaque seja na Polícia Penal ou qualquer outra carreira da segurança pública, a agente lembra que a superação valerá a pena. “Os caminhos não são fáceis, você faz escolhas, mas no final das contas se orgulhará muito de você. O tanto que aprendeu, as experiências vividas e metas alcançadas farão de você inspiração para outras”.

Segundo ela, a jornada é cheia de desafios, porém a força e união equilibram e tornam prazeroso e recompensador o duro trabalho do dia-a-dia. “Encaramos situações únicas, desde a quebra de estereótipos até equilibrar nosso trabalho policial com os papéis que a sociedade espera de nós. Mas, estamos aqui para quebrar barreiras, inspirar outras mulheres e construir um futuro mais inclusivo e igualitário para todos”, garante.

Delegada Vivian, titular da DP de Caarapó

Jovem, bonita, confiante e muito corajosa, assim é a delegada Vivian Hiluy Santiago. Cearense, sempre quis ser delegada de polícia. Há dois anos o sonho se tornou realidade ao ser aprovada no concurso em Mato Grosso do Sul. Após o curso de formação, se tornou a primeira mulher a assumir a titularidade da Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Caarapó. Atuando na fronteira com o Paraguai, Vivian diz que já lidou com situações muito complexas que colocaram à prova sua capacidade e competência. “Mas comigo atua uma equipe forte, inclusive integrada por mulheres e sigo feliz e orgulhosa de desempenhar essa função e poder, como mulher, fazer alguma diferença na vida de outras pessoas”, diz.

Sem deixar a feminidade de lado, no dia de hoje, 8 de março, Dia Internacional da Mulher, mulheres como as que aqui contaram um pouquinho de suas histórias, mostram que a força feminina faz toda diferença, não apenas na segurança pública, mas na sociedade como um todo, contribuindo para um estado e um país mais justo, humano e igualitário.
