Pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, Minas Gerais bateu o recorde de municípios aptos a participarem do programa do Governo do Estado do ICMS Esportivo, referente ao ano-base 2023.

Ao todo, 580 (68%) dos 853 municípios mineiros comprovaram o pleno funcionamento de seus Conselhos Municipais de Esportes, critério fundamental para a habilitação.

Os recordes anteriores, de 2022 e 2021, foram 556 e 470 municípios com conselhos ativos, respectivamente, um aumento de 24 em relação ao ano anterior.

A lista definitiva foi divulgada nesta segunda-feira (18/3) pela Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social de Minas Gerais (Sedese-MG), por meio da Subsecretaria de Esportes (Subesp).

Segundo o coordenador do Núcleo de Gestão do ICMS Esportivo da Sedese, Arthur Duarte, o aumento da verba destinada ao programa motivou ainda mais os municípios.

“O novo recorde do ICMS Esportivo é consequência do aumento dos recursos que repassamos aos municípios, algo em torno de R$ 70 milhões agora no ano de 2024. Este valor é cinco vezes mais do que aquele que repassávamos anteriormente. Além disso, é consequência também dos treinamentos que a equipe técnica da Diretoria de Fomento e Pesquisa de Políticas Esportivas (Dfope) realiza com todos os municípios de Minas Gerais. Agora, o mecanismo se torna ainda mais competitivo e mais importante para as cidades mineiras, que podem contar com a Dfope para orientações para participarem do mecanismo”, explicou.

“Até o ano passado eram destinados cerca de R$ 14 milhões aos municípios participantes, e, com o aumento desse valor em cinco vezes (cerca de R$ 70 milhões), os municípios ficaram ainda mais motivados em participarem do programa. Por outro lado, o ICMS Esportivo se tornará ainda mais competitivo. E o aumento do número de conselhos ativos reflete, ainda, as qualificações realizadas durante todo o ano por nossa equipe”, detalhou o coordenador.

A publicação da listagem definitiva dos municípios habilitados do ano-base 2023 pode ser acessada clicando aqui. Ela foi desenvolvida após a conclusão da análise dos recursos enviados pelos municípios contra a inabilitação de seus conselhos.

Aqueles que apresentaram Interposição de Recurso e que foram indeferidas pela equipe da Diretoria de Fomento e Pesquisa de Políticas Esportivas tiveram os pareceres técnicos encaminhados para análise de instância superior da Sedese, conforme prevê o Art. 16 da Resolução Sedese n° 66/2021.

Todos os pareceres foram enviados para o e-mail do gestor esportivo municipal cadastrado no Sistema de Informação ICMS Esportivo.

As Interposições deferidas foram incorporadas na relação definitiva de municípios habilitados para participarem do ICMS Esportivo ano-base 2023.

Os gestores que não receberam o resultado devem entrar em contato com a Dfope pelo campo de mensagem do Sistema de Informação do ICMS Esportivo, ou pelo e-mail [email protected]. O contato, via Whatsapp é o (31) 3915.4690.

Os municípios habilitados devem cadastrar e comprovar os programas/projetos realizados em 2023 até o dia 30/3/2024 no Sistema de Informação ICMS Esportivo.
