A Prefeitura de Campo Grande, através da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (Sesau), está levando atendimentos especializados em saúde mental a moradores dos distritos e zona rural,  através do projeto: “Saúde Mental Mais Perto de Você”. A primeira ação organizada pela Coordenadoria da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (CRAP) no ano foi realizada nesta sexta-feira (22), na região do Aguão, Zona Rural do Distrito de Rochedinho, e contou com apoio dos profissionais e estrutura da UBS Manoel Cordeiro.

Conforme a coordenadora da Rede de Saúde Mental da Sesau, Gislayne Budib, a preocupação é levar esse auxílio aos moradores de regiões mais afastadas, como é o caso do Aguão, considerando o relato de necessidade do atendimento da população. “Tivemos relatos da unidade de saúde e da escola da região de situações em relação a saúde mental da comunidade que carece de atenção. Com este tipo de ação, é possível fazer uma análise de novas estratégias para serem implantadas de modo que eles sejam assistidos de maneira periódica”, diz.

Segundo a coordenadora, a proposta é avaliar individualmente cada paciente para verificar as suas necessidades e, posteriormente, estabelecer uma conduta de tratamento e ou acompanhamento.

“A ação consiste na realização de um inquérito populacional em Saúde Mental na região com o intuito de prestar assistência à população do mesmo distrito e avaliar possíveis casos de saúde mental para seguimento na Rede Atenção Psicossocial, além de atender a demanda reprimida para psicologia e psiquiatria”, conclui.

Os atendimentos são realizados por uma equipe multiprofissional, composta por médicos, enfermeiros, psicólogos, assistentes sociais, administrativos, além de voluntários, para toda a população na faixa-etária de 05 a 80 anos.

A Rede de Atenção Psicossocial de Campo Grande é formada por 04 Caps III, 02 Caps AD (Álcool e Drogas) , 01 Caps infantil , 04 residências terapêuticas, 01 unidade de acolhimento adulto, 01 unidade de acolhimento infantil, ambulatório de Saúde Mental no Centro de Especialidades Médicas (CEM), Equipe Móvel de psiquiatria que da suporte nas Unidades de Pronto Atendimento (UPAS) e Centros Regionais de Saúde (CRSs). O município conta ainda com 12 leitos contratualizados no Hospital Regional e 36 no Hospital Nosso Lar.
