Mais 10 títulos de regularização fundiária foram entregues pela Prefeitura de São José dos Campos nesta quinta-feira (14). Duas famílias da Vila Leila e oito do Costinha, ambos na região norte, receberam em casa os documentos que garantem a propriedade dos imóveis.
Entre as pessoas beneficiadas, estão Rosemary Aparecida de Andrade, Maria Aparecida Sellari e Aparecida de Lourdes Ribeiro Melo. Para elas, é mais uma etapa cumprida após vários anos à espera do tão sonhado registro em cartório.
“Chegou o dia, e a gente fica feliz pelo resultado”, disse Maria, moradora do Costinha. Do mesmo bairro, Rosemary ficou emocionada durante a entrega do título. “É maravilhoso receber o documento de regularização do imóvel. Deus abençoe a todos.”
A regularização fundiária integra o Plano de Gestão 2021-2024. Já foram emitidos 1.420 títulos pelo Registro de Imóveis para proprietários de 15 loteamentos.
É importante lembrar que sempre se deve consultar a Prefeitura antes de comprar um imóvel para verificar se o loteamento está aprovado. Mais informações na página da regularização fundiária.
