O Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores do Estado de Minas Gerais (Ipsemg) disponibiliza, a partir da próxima segunda-feira (8/4), um novo canal para confirmação de consultas aos beneficiários na rede própria.
Beneficiários com consultas agendadas no Centro de Especialidades Médicas (CEM) e Gerência Odontológica (Geodont), receberão a confirmação da sua consulta pelo WhatsApp cadastrado no sistema do instituto, sem precisar acessar nenhum link. O beneficiário deverá apenas clicar no botão (sim) para confirmar ou (não) para cancelar.
“Esse serviço tem muito a contribuir para o processo operacional do atendimento, diminuindo o absenteísmo nas consultas agendadas e a liberação de vagas para outros beneficiários”, destaca a gestora de atendimento Call Center do Ipsemg, Eucilene Magela Ribeiro.
A mensagem enviada irá conter as seguintes informações:
• Nome do médico
• Data
• Horário agendado e o local da consulta
Os beneficiários receberão a notificação em 48 horas da sua data agendada.
Informações importantes
O Ipsemg reforça que a confirmação da consulta será realizada por uma equipe técnica preparada pelo único e exclusivo número (31) 3916-8363.
Qualquer ligação, mensagem de texto por SMS ou WhatsApp que se identificar como servidores do Instituto exigindo cobranças de serviços de saúde ou solicitando o acesso a links devem ser ignorados, pois essa ação pode se tratar de golpe.
