O compromisso do Governo do Estado em fortalecer a infraestrutura aérea de Mato Grosso do Sul está em destaque com um investimento significativo de mais de R$ 65 milhões apenas no primeiro quadrimestre de 2024.
Esse valor faz parte do plano ambicioso de investimento de R$ 250 milhões até 2026 destinado ao Plano Aeroviário, visando o desenvolvimento da infraestrutura aérea em todas as regiões do Estado.
A Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura e Logística está avançando com o processo de licitação, com previsão de entrega ao governador Eduardo Riedel de um cronograma abrangente de obras em sete municípios até o dia 15 de abril. Essas obras compreendem serviços de restauração e implantação de aeroportos, essenciais para impulsionar o desenvolvimento regional.
Na edição do Diário Oficial do Estado desta sexta-feira (5), o Governo publicou os contratos de dois aeroportos: de Inocência, onde serão feitas obras de implantação de pista de pouso e decolagem, pista de taxiway, pátio e cerca operacional, no valor de R$ 15,4 milhões; e no município de Paranaíba que irá receber obras de restauração nas pistas de pouso de decolagem e de taxiway e no pátio de aeronaves, com mais de R$ 6,4 milhões investidos.
Os contratos deverão ser executados e totalmente concluídos dentro do prazo de 180 dias consecutivos, contados da data do recebimento da Ordem de Início dos Serviços (OIS).
Alinhamentos finais para a emissão das OISs (Ordens de Início de Serviços) foram acertados em uma reunião entre o secretário da pasta, Hélio Peluffo, e o superintendente Logístico e coordenador de Transporte Aéreo, Hidroviários e Ferroviários da Seilog, Derick Hudson Machado de Souza. Essa cooperação visa definir as diretrizes de desenvolvimento para os aeroportos selecionados e analisar o cronograma das obras em execução.
“Por ordem do governador estamos revisando o plano de investimentos nos aeroportos por entender a necessidade que esse setor possui para atender as demandas das regiões e também a iniciativa privada”, explica Peluffo.
Mato Grosso do Sul têm apresentado crescimento exponencial quando o assunto é investimentos privados. Foram R$ 76 bilhões nos últimos 10 anos, sendo R$ 17 bilhões apenas no ano passado. Ações que têm gerado competitividade para os negócios e garantido infraestrutura de qualidade, incluindo as obras dos aeródromos e aeroportos.
Os investimentos nesta etapa contemplam os municípios de: Cassilândia (R$ 6.765.545,83), Jardim (R$ 6.550.220,63), Naviraí (R$ 6.126.306,29), Camapuã (R$ 6.685.718,35), Paranaíba (R$ 5.387.959,28), Água Clara (R$ 18.177.388,70) e Inocência (R$ 15.519.817,01).
Esse cenário tem gerado competitividade para os negócios e garantido infraestrutura de qualidade, incluindo as obras dos aeródromos e aeroportos.
“O plano aeroviário não só visa o crescimento do setor, mas também busca trazer facilidades aos turistas, promover o desenvolvimento econômico do estado e atrair novos investimentos para as cidades envolvidas”, destaca o superintendente Derick Machado.
Com um investimento total de mais de R$ 71,6 milhões até o momento (obras em execução e em processo de licitação), o Governo demonstra seu compromisso em fortalecer o transporte aéreo e impulsionar o desenvolvimento econômico e social de Mato Grosso do Sul. São recursos investidos na elaboração de projetos, construção, reforma e ampliação de aeroportos em Dourados, Bonito, Corumbá, Campo Grande, Maracaju, Inocência, Água Clara, Camapuã, Cassilândia, Jardim, Naviraí, Paranaíba, Costa Rica e São Gabriel do Oeste.
Até o final de 2026 o Governo do Estado planeja investir outros R$ 174 milhões com o Plano Aeroviário, sem contar que outros R$ 9 milhões já foram investidos no segmento e as obras já foram concluídas nos municípios de Porto Murtinho, Camapuã, Jardim, Paranaíba, Cassilândia e Naviraí.
