A partir desta semana, você vai acompanhar uma série de matérias sobre a estrutura da Funsat (Fundação Social do Trabalho), que conta com setores atuantes em diversas frentes de atendimento, como Vagas e Emprego, Serviço Social, Empreendedorismo e Educação Profissional.

Instalada no térreo da Fundação, a Agência de Empregos da Funsat é a porta de entrada de quem visita a secretaria. Subordinada à Coordenadoria de Vagas e Emprego, a Agência é responsável pela intermediação de mão de obra e pelos atendimentos para abertura do Seguro-Desemprego e emissão da CTPS (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social) digital.

Além disso, presta orientação ao trabalhador, aos empregadores, e realiza busca ativa para inserção da pessoa com deficiência ao mercado de trabalho. Em 2023, a Funsat atendeu 27.126 trabalhadores na Agência de Empregos, sendo encaminhadas 14.197 pessoas ao mercado de trabalho.

Levando em conta balanço da coordenadoria, a maioria dos atendimentos está relacionado à busca por emprego, sendo ofertadas pela Funsat cerca de 2.000 oportunidades diárias. Só em 2023, 14.920 pessoas procuraram a agência com essa finalidade.

Para se candidatar às vagas, é importante ter em mãos os documentos pessoais, Carteira de Trabalho, comprovante de residência e dados do histórico profissional. Todos devem ser apresentados ao atendente, que irá verificar as melhores oportunidades de acordo com o perfil do trabalhador.

Sobre a Funsat

A Fundação Social do Trabalho de Campo Grande é encarregada de promover a colocação e recolocação de trabalhadores, modernizar procedimentos de atendimento, estabelecer parcerias com entidades públicas e privadas, promover qualificação profissional e fomentar atividades produtivas geradoras de emprego e renda.

A secretaria deve, ainda, garantir o cumprimento das diretrizes do Ministério do Trabalho para assegurar a unidade e princípios do Sine (Sistema Nacional de Emprego).

Entre as responsabilidades da Funsat, está a formulação de diretrizes e metas para a Política Municipal do Trabalho na Capital, incluindo a proposição de ações para identificar problemas relacionados ao emprego e renda, além da realização de pesquisas estatísticas para identificar oportunidades de emprego e avaliar o desemprego.
