Agência Minas Gerais | Governo de Minas regulamenta realização excepcional de teletrabalho por servidores da Cidade Administrativa

O Governo de Minas publicou, neste sábado (11/5), no Diário Oficial de Minas Gerais, o Decreto nº 48.820/2024, que autoriza em caráter excepcional o teletrabalho integral para os servidores em exercício na Cidade Administrativa, em razão da necessidade de interdição dos elevadores sociais e privativos dos edifícios Minas e Gerais.

A medida busca garantir a segurança dos servidores e visitantes que utilizam os equipamentos diariamente, uma vez que em novas perícias realizadas foram identificadas falhas que podem comprometer o funcionamento, sem prejuízo para a prestação de serviços para os cidadãos. As atividades dos prédios Tiradentes e Alterosas continuarão sendo realizadas normalmente.

Orientações

O teletrabalho será realizado pelos servidores que desempenhem atividades compatíveis com a modalidade.

Em caso de convocação para comparecimento a reuniões ou atividades presenciais, eles deverão ser informados pela chefia imediata previamente.

Os servidores poderão, também, em caráter excepcional, requerer ao titular do órgão de exercício autorização para cumprimento da jornada presencial, mediante assinatura de termo de responsabilidade, em modelo próprio disponível no Sei!MG.

Para acessar a unidade exclusivamente para retirada de documentos ou objetos, também será necessário assinar termo de responsabilidade solicitando autorização à chefia imediata.

Os servidores cujas atividades não são compatíveis com a modalidade de teletrabalho deverão ter um local de trabalho assegurado para o desempenho de suas atividades em regime presencial no prazo de até 15 dias.

Conforme informado nessa sexta-feira (10/5), eles poderão ser realocados para os primeiros andares dos edifícios Minas ou Gerais, bem como outros prédios da Cidade Administrativa, visando minimizar o deslocamento pelas escadas.

A Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG) irá orientar as Unidades de Recursos Humanos sobre o ponto dos servidores no período.

Atendimento ao cidadão

Os serviços de atendimento ao cidadão realizados exclusivamente de forma presencial nos dois edifícios estão sendo avaliados para realocação.

O protocolo, que funciona no primeiro andar do prédio Gerais, está mantido. Os demais serviços estão suspensos temporariamente e terão o funcionamento informado posteriormente.

Reparos

Os danos estruturais identificados nos elevadores dos prédios Minas e Gerais, da Cidade Administrativa, são decorrentes da má construção dos edifícios, inaugurados em 2010.

Por meio de perícias realizadas nas últimas semanas pelos órgãos de segurança e de infraestrutura do estado, foi constatada a gravidade da situação e a necessidade de suspensão do uso dos equipamentos em ambos os edifícios.

Nas próximas semanas, será assinado contrato para reparo dos danos estruturais.

A expectativa é que os trabalhos durem até o fim do segundo semestre, a depender da logística de execução do contrato, bem como da identificação das reais necessidades de intervenções.
