Lançado em 2023 pelo Governo Federal, a nova versão do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida Cidades dispõe de contrapartidas da União ou de estados, municípios e do Distrito Federal para operações de financiamento habitacional com recursos do FGTS (Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço).
No site da Agehab, os interessados devem estar com inscrição ativa, bem como os dados atualizados, para verificação de informações, que devem atender aos requisitos estabelecidos pela Lei Federal nº 14.620, de 2023. Vale ressaltar que a participação só é válida para quem não faz parte de nenhum outro programa de habitação, ou que tenha imóvel próprio.

Conforme decreto Estadual nº 16.426, de 26 de abril de 2024, os municípios participantes serão Campo Grande e Dourados, com limite de R$ 220 mil no valor do imóvel escolhido.
