Como parte da programação especial para celebrar a 57ª Semana do Tropeiro, jovens a partir de 18 anos e adultos terão a oportunidade de participar, na próxima semana, dias 22 e 23 de maio, às 14h, das oficinas gratuitas de culinária, com Amanda Moraes Makino, na Biblioteca Infantil Municipal “Renato Sêneca de Sá Fleury”. O prato preparado será o tradicional feijão tropeiro.
Realizada pela Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Cultura (Secult), a programação especial tem como intuito aproximar a população da cultura local, mantendo viva a memória a respeito da participação de Sorocaba no desenvolvimento do Ciclo do Tropeirismo, que influenciou todo o estado de São Paulo e várias outras regiões do Brasil.
Na ocasião, os munícipes vão participar da experiência gastronômica na cozinha caipira da Biblioteca Infantil, com o intuito de se aventurar nos sabores da comida típica tropeira, além de repassar o conteúdo histórico da cultura sorocabana.
As vagas são limitadas e, por isso, os interessados devem se inscrever pelo e-mail: [email protected], informando nome e idade dos participantes.
