Buscando a qualificação contínua dos servidores municipais, a Prefeitura de Bonito, com apoio do Corpo de Bombeiros de MS, promoveu nesta quarta-feira (22) uma palestra sobre o Atendimento a Pessoa com Transtorno do Espectro Autista, ministrada pelo tenente do Corpo de Bombeiros, Max Sousa Tosta para os profissionais das áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Educação e Segurança Pública.

A conversa abordou diferentes aspectos essenciais, desde a compreensão das características do autismo até estratégias de intervenção e inclusão social e tem o intuito de aprimorar o acolhimento e o atendimento às pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) em todas as áreas do serviço público.

“O atendimento ao público é um dos maiores desafios da gestão pública, por isso buscamos fornecer aos nossos servidores capacitações contínuas, com palestras, cursos, rodas de conversa, enfim, debates frequentes, para avaliação do serviço e formas de melhorar a cada dia. O paciente autista, ou aluno, ou seja lá qual for a área em que busca o serviço público, precisa ser atendido considerando suas especificidades e o servidor precisa ter uma noção básica disso, por isso realizamos essa conversa, com apoio do tenente Max e foi muito produtiva”, finaliza a secretária de Saúde, Ana Carolina Colla.
