As rotas gastronômicas da Secretaria de Turismo e Viagens do Estado de São Paulo ajudam produtores artesanais a expandir seus negócios. Além do aumento da visibilidade, os produtores também destacam o crescimento de vendas. Os comércios que participam das rotas estiveram presentes na Agrishow, maior evento de tecnologia agrícola do país, entre os dias 29 de abril e 03 de maio.

Lucimara Augusto, 53 anos, diz que entrar na rota Sabores de SP foi um “divisor de águas” para o seu comércio. Há seis anos no mercado, Lucimara está à frente da Danega Conservas e Temperos, um negócio familiar que comercializa molhos, geleias, escabeches, entre outros.
A Danega Conservas e Temperos entrou no programa Sabor de São Paulo em 2023, mais especificamente na Rota Gastronômica Pontal do Paranapanema. Em pouco tempo, ela já nota as vantagens de estar nesse circuito: “É um divisor de águas. E traz credibilidade para a marca, tornando o produto conhecido e reconhecido não só na região, mas no estado”.
Com isso, Lucimara também fortalece negócios locais de Presidente Prudente, terra natal não só dela, mas também da Danega. Afinal, os insumos para a produção vêm diretamente de produtores locais.
Roteiro do Queijo
Já Valdecir Marvulle, 58 anos, faz parte da Rota do Queijo Artesanal Paulista com o seu comércio Capril Salto do Panema. Em uma propriedade no município de Salto Grande, às margens do rio Paranapanema, Valdecir cria cabras para a produção de queijos artesanais.
O Capril Salto do Panema faz parte da Rota do Queijo Artesanal Paulista desde 2022 depois de a Secretaria do Turismo realizar um recenseamento no estado e identificar o comércio de Valdecir. Ele é mais um a reconhecer os benefícios do programa: “Passamos a vender muito queijo para a cidade de São Paulo. Tivemos um aumento no número de clientes que querem consumir nosso queijo”.
De 2022 para cá, Valdecir conseguiu inaugurar um restaurante na mesma propriedade em que realiza a criação das cabras. “É muito legal, porque você tem ampla visibilidade. Hoje em dia, se você não tem visibilidade, você é esquecido”, ele diz.
Sobre as rotas gastronômicas do Estado
O Estado de São Paulo conta com dez rotas gastronômicas. Os 23 produtores que as integram marcaram presença na Agrishow, maior feira de tecnologia agrícola do Brasil, que ocorreu em Ribeirão Preto, entre os dias 29 de abril e 03 de maio.
