O programa Cidadania Itinerante chega à Zona Norte do Rio esta semana. Na quinta-feira (23/5), a equipe estará na Rua General Bento Ribeiro, 1, no bairro da Mangueira, das 10h às 15h. Na sexta-feira (24/5), o atendimento acontece na Rua Valparaíso, 103, na Tijuca, das 10h às 15h. Haverá oferta de gratuidade para documentos, como carteira de identidade, certidão de nascimento, certidão de óbito, certidão de casamento e termo de união estável.
Nas duas ações, os consumidores poderão contar com o atendimento da equipe do Procon Carioca para registrar reclamações referentes a empresas ou serviços contratados. Para fazer os registros ou esclarecer dúvidas é preciso levar cópia dos documentos pessoais, além dos comprovantes de compra do produto ou do serviço contratado, como boletos e notas fiscais.
– Levar os serviços da prefeitura a todas as localidades do município é o principal objetivo dessa ações itinerantes. Desta forma conseguimos agilizar demandas da população – afirma o secretário especial de Cidadania, Leandro Pereira.
As reclamações recebidas serão encaminhadas diretamente às empresas. Em até 30 dias, o consumidor terá retorno referente à questão. Equipes das concessionárias Light e Águas do Rio também estarão presentes às ações e disponíveis para atendimento.
