Programa de Estágio do Governo de MS realiza rodas de conversa para debater experiências – Agência de Noticias do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul

De 29 de abril a 10 de maio, o Programa de Estágio do Governo de MS realiza o evento Rodas de Conversa – ‘Fala, Estagiário’, ação destinada a socialização e troca de experiências com o objetivo de extrair reflexões sobre o desempenho dos estagiários em suas rotinas de trabalho nos órgãos públicos onde atuam.

O evento acontece na Segem (Secretária-Executiva de Gestão Estratégica e Municipalismo) com programação distribuída nos períodos da manhã e da tarde, das 8h30 às 10h30 e das 13h30 às 15h30. As turmas estão divididas em grupos de 25 pessoas, ao todo 169 estagiários devem participar. 

O diálogo é mediado pela coordenadora do programa, Luciene Ferreira que explica como funciona a dinâmica em grupo e qual é a sua importância para os participantes.  

“A cada três meses nos reunimos para debater sobre os assuntos relacionados ao estágio. Eles contam como é o cotidiano no ambiente de trabalho deles, falam sobre as atividades que exercem e dão feedbacks correspondentes as suas áreas. A ideia também é que eles digam se estão tendo alguma dificuldade e deem sugestões de melhorias para que o programa possa atender aos seus objetivos, cumprindo assim o seu papel que é contribuir para a formação desses estagiários ”, esclareceu.

A dinâmica se constitui como um instrumento de grande subsídio para atingir vários anseios, tanto para os estagiários, quanto para o programa, como proporcionar um ambiente de escuta e contato interpessoal e poder oferecer o auxílio e solução adequados.  

A estagiária Lívia Bhering Zago, 22 anos, é acadêmica do curso de psicologia da UFMS (Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul), atua na SES (Secretaria de Estado de Saúde) e relata que as rodas de conversas são importantes para que os estagiários sejam ouvidos e tenham a oportunidade de conhecer as diferentes realidades.

“Participar das rodas de conversa é muito legal, já que, nelas, eu consigo falar um pouco de como tenho me sentido e também posso ver que têm pessoas que passam pelas mesmas coisas que eu, que me entendem. Além disso, consigo conhecer outras realidades, como têm sido as vivências de outras pessoas, o que elas enfrentam de bom ou ruim. Em resumo, as rodas de conversa têm muito a acrescentar ao Programa de Estágio, sendo um ambiente acolhedor aos estagiários e que, além disso, facilitam a promoção de melhorias dentro do próprio Programa”, declarou.

Programa de Estágio do Governo de MS

O Programa de Estágio Supervisionado e Capacitação Técnica é uma iniciativa do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul, por meio da Fundect e Segov, em parceria com a UFMS, UEMS e Fapec. É coordenado pela Segem. Participam do Programa acadêmicos da UFMS, UEMS, UCDB, IFMS, Uniderp e UFGD.

O objetivo é proporcionar experiência aos jovens acadêmicos de cursos de graduação do Estado, oferecendo formação na área de gestão e administração pública, aplicadas às várias atuações e frentes políticas e governamentais, bem como formação aos gestores estaduais que recebem os estagiários em suas respectivas pastas.

A carga horária do estágio é de 30 horas semanais, com seis horas diárias de atividades. É ofertado uma bolsa-auxílio no valor de R$ 1.100,00 e seguro, além de auxílio-transporte, no valor de R$ 200. A duração do estágio é de 12 meses, podendo ser prorrogada pelo mesmo período.
