Samu inicia ciclo de capacitações para profissionais recém-contratados – Agência de Notícias

A equipe do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) de Sorocaba, iniciou, nesta sexta-feira (3), um ciclo de oito capacitações para profissionais recém-contratados, na qual incluem telefonistas, condutores, enfermeiros, entre outras categorias. A ação foi realizada no Palácio da Saúde, sede administrativa do serviço.

A capacitação tem como objetivo inserir os novos servidores e atualizar as diretrizes básicas do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) com os profissionais já em atividade. No caso desse primeiro treinamento, com telefonistas, além da importância de uma recepção empática, foi reforçada a técnica de atendimento para o primeiro contato via ligação com o solicitante. A proposta é promover melhoria na receptividade dos chamados, qualidade das informações prestadas e maior agilidade nas solicitações. Os próximos treinamentos serão para profissionais de outras categorias.

Os cursos são conduzidos pela enfermeira Cibele Cristina Oliveira, responsável pelo Núcleo de Educação Permanente no Samu, que conta com apoio das coordenações médica e de enfermagem do Samu Regional.

Os próximos encontros serão realizados nos dias 14, 17 e 28 de maio, em dois períodos, sendo eles das 6h às 12h e das 13h às 19h. A programação também contemplará integrantes do Samu Regional, no qual Sorocaba faz parte do Polo de Referência. A proposta de ampliação da capacitação também visa treinar profissionais em unidades escolares de ensino infantil e fundamental, bem como a Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (APAE).

“O treinamento é essencial em ambientes que lidam com situações de emergência, como o Samu. Com a capacitação, é possível melhorar a qualidade do atendimento prestado à população, garantindo respostas mais eficazes e salvando vidas. Esse impacto positivo reflete diretamente na segurança e no bem-estar dos pacientes atendidos. É fundamental que os profissionais estejam preparados para lidar com as mais diversas situações, mantendo a calma e agindo de forma rápida e precisa”, pontua a equipe de coordenação do Samu.
