O motorista foi detido na altura da praça do pedágio da Ponte Rio-Niterói – Divulgação

Um motorista de caminhão foi detido, na manhã desta terça-feira (9/4), por uma equipe de guardas motociclistas, na altura da praça do pedágio da Ponte Rio-Niterói, após ter sido flagrado dirigindo com as duas placas do veículo cobertas com papel e clipes. O flagrante e a abordagem inicial aconteceram na Avenida Brasil, altura do Caju, após os guardas terem visto o suspeito circulando pela pista exclusiva do BRT.

Ao ser flagrado pelos agentes, o motorista tentou fugir em direção a ponte. Os guardas foram atrás e pediram apoio da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), que é responsável pela fiscalização no local, por meio do Centro de Operações. O condutor foi detido e conduzido para a 76ª DP (Niterói), onde o caso foi registrado com base no artigo 311 do Código Penal, que diz respeito a adulteração de sinal identificador de veículo automotor. O veículo foi liberado após a chegada de outro motorista habilitado, e o homem permaneceu detido para prestar maiores esclarecimentos. Ele também foi multado por dirigir na faixa exclusiva e por direção perigosa.

Apreensão por furto no Santo Cristo 

As equipes da Guarda Municipal também atuaram, na noite de segunda-feira (8/4), na apreensão de um adolescente de 16 anos, nas proximidades da Rua do Equador, no Santo Cristo. Os agentes foram acionados por cidadãos, que denunciaram o adolescente. Eles contaram que o rapaz havia furtado o telefone de um motorista na Avenida Francisco Bicalho e, em seguida, embarcou em um ônibus. Os agentes pararam o veículo e conseguiram identificar o adolescente e também receberam o celular roubado. O caso foi registrado na 17ª DP (São Cristóvão) e, logo depois, o adolescente foi encaminhado para a Delegacia de Proteção a Criança e ao Adolescente (DPCA).
