São José intensifica combate à exploração sexual infantil

A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos intensificou as ações de prevenção e combate ao abuso e à exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes. Para conscientizar a população, ao longo de todo este mês está sendo realizada a campanha Faça Bonito, referente ao Maio Laranja.

O objetivo é alertar, mobilizar, sensibilizar e informar toda a sociedade sobre as diversas formas de violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes, uma das mais graves violações de direitos.

É fundamental garantir que todas as crianças e adolescentes possam se desenvolver de forma segura e protegida de qualquer tipo de violência intrafamiliar ou de exploração sexual (tráfico, pornografia, contexto da prostituição e turismo sexual, entre outras).

Conscientização

Os Cras (Centros de Referência de Assistência Social) têm promovido rodas de conversa para sensibilizar os munícipes e engajá-los nas ações de prevenção.

Nas UBSs (Unidades Básicas de Saúde) Resolve, os profissionais da saúde estão sendo orientados sobre os transtornos mentais, encaminhamentos e ações para combater esta forma de violência contra crianças e adolescentes.

O trabalho de conscientização e mobilização também está sendo realizado nas salas de aula das escolas da rede de ensino municipal e das unidades da Fundhas (Fundação Hélio Augusto de Souza). 

A rede de ensino municipal conta ainda com atendimento de assistentes sociais e psicólogos, em cumprimento a compromisso assumido no Plano de Gestão 2021-2024.

No último sábado (18), em que foi celebrado o Dia Nacional de Combate ao Abuso e à Exploração Sexual de Crianças e Adolescentes, a Prefeitura apoiou ação de entrega de folders e materiais educativos promovida pelo CMDCA (Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente) no centro da cidade, em parceria com o Conselho Tutelar, a OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) e outras entidades parceiras. Alunos de Direito da faculdade Vanguarda também contribuíram de forma voluntária.

No último domingo (19), durante o Conexão Juventude no Campo dos Alemães, na região sul, as equipes dos Creas (Centros de Referência Especializados de Assistência Social) e da Secretaria de Saúde orientaram a população, com auxílio de alunos da Faculdade Humanitas. 

Até o próximo dia 31, estão programadas palestras com especialistas e rodas de conversa mediadas pelos conselheiros tutelares da cidade e por conselheiros do CMDCA em escolas públicas e particulares, universidades e empresas, entre outros locais.

Rede de proteção

São José dos Campos possui uma ampla e bem estruturada rede intersecretarias de proteção e garantia de direitos para prevenção e combate aos abusos e à exploração de crianças e adolescentes e para o acompanhamento, atendimento e tratamento dos que enfrentaram esta forma de violência, com apoio também para os familiares.

As ações são realizadas o ano todo, com capacitações constantes dos servidores de diversas secretarias.

Quando os direitos são violados, os atendimentos são realizados nos Creas, da Secretaria de Apoio Social ao Cidadão, e no Caps (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial) Infantil e no Hospital Municipal, da Secretaria de Saúde.

A rede de proteção e garantia de direitos também é integrada pela Guarda Civil Municipal (Secretaria de Proteção ao Cidadão), Polícia Civil através da DDM (Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher), Polícia Militar, Ministério Público e poder Judiciário.
