Curso capacita equipes da Ronda Maria da Penha para garantir excelência no atendimento às mulheres

Garantir cada vez mais a excelência no atendimento às mulheres em situação de violência doméstica e familiar, que residam em João Pessoa, e estejam com medidas protetivas de urgência vigentes. Essa foi a missão do curso de capacitação promovido pela Prefeitura de João Pessoa, por meio da Secretaria Extraordinária de Políticas Públicas para as Mulheres (SEPPM) e Secretaria de Segurança Urbana e Cidadania (Semusb). A qualificação foi destinada a equipe de profissionais que atua na Ronda Maria da Penha e aconteceu no auditório do Paço Municipal, localizado na Praça Pedro Américo, no Centro.

A coordenadora da Ronda Maria da Penha, em João Pessoa, Ellen Maciel Jerônimo, detalhou o trabalho que é feito ao menos duas vezes por ano para atualizar todos os envolvidos no projeto, do qual fazem parte agentes da Guarda Civil Metropolitana, advogados, psicólogos e assistentes sociais.

“Ela é sempre de grande relevância porque capacita, treina ainda mais essa equipe que já vem trabalhando de forma excelente, tem feito um trabalho elogiado a nível Paraíba e a nível Nordeste. Hoje, somos considerados uma referência. Estamos cada vez mais preparados para prestar esse serviço às mulheres vítimas de violência e com a feliz notícia de nunca ter tido nenhum feminicídio entre mulheres que são usuárias do programa. Cada vez mais estamos com esse cuidado de deixar nossa equipe pronta para a gente entregar essa excelência e proteger essas mulheres da violência”, destacou.

As questões relacionadas a medidas protetivas foram o foco da capacitação para que todos possam estar sempre atualizados a respeito das leis que protegem as mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e familiar. Na tarde desta sexta-feira (17), o curso foi encerrado com uma palestra sobre Rede de apoio às mulheres vítimas de violência, momento em que os profissionais capacitados tiveram oportunidade de aprender ainda mais sobre o tema e tirar dúvidas. Ellen Maciel ressaltou a importância de estar atento a esse trabalho.

“Estamos conhecendo ainda mais sobre essa rede, que é uma grande rede de apoio às mulheres vítimas de violência, então é importante que a gente conheça toda a rede para sair fortalecido e de fato entregar o melhor a nossa mulher. Tivemos também um curso, uma grande aula de primeiros socorros, que foi realmente um ótimo momento, assim, bem marcante, porque capacitou a nossa equipe até a prestar um primeiro socorro naquela mulher que sofre uma violência física e que está em situação mais delicada para que nossa equipe esteja pronta até para isso, até que ela possa chegar a um atendimento de saúde especializado”, acrescentou.

E quem está na ponta desse atendimento é a Guarda Civil Metropolitana, que atende aos chamados. A chefe de ações da Ronda Maria da Penha, Érika Ramalho, chamou atenção para a necessidade constante desse aprimoramento da equipe. “Todos os agentes que compõem a equipe, que hoje somos em 15, são capacitados para atuar na linha de frente do combate à violência doméstica e familiar. Porém, essas capacitações, elas são necessárias durante o ano, pelo menos duas vezes, para que a gente acompanhe as atualizações, tanto a nível nacional como a nível estadual, e para que a gente possa se firmar no contexto do combate à violência doméstica de forma segura, não só da segurança jurídica, mas também na forma de atuação dos nossos agentes”, pontuou.

E esse é um trabalho que não tem fronteiras. Tanto que uma equipe da Guarda Municipal de Cabedelo também participou do curso. Ádila Oliveira, integrante da equipe cabedelense estava feliz em ter a oportunidade de se aperfeiçoar. “Hoje, a Lei Maria da Penha é uma das leis que mais sofre atualizações. Então, para que a gente possa ter mais ênfase no nosso serviço, prestar isso à sociedade de uma forma mais eficiente, é primordial que a equipe sempre esteja alinhada, se atualizando cada dia mais para oferecer um serviço com excelência para a sociedade. Eu acho isso muito importante”, salientou.

Aprendizado que deve se expandir para os colegas que não puderam participar do curso, como enfatizou Ádila. “A partir do momento que a gente vem para essa capacitação, a gente se aprimora e aí a gente se torna multiplicador para os demais colegas que não tiveram a oportunidade de estar aqui nesse momento. Mais do que a gente adquirir o nosso conhecimento, a gente passa adiante, é ferramenta também de conhecimento e isso é muito bom, conhecimento é o que liberta e é fundamental para a quebra, principalmente dos ciclos da violência doméstica”, concluiu.

Conteúdo da capacitação – Durante dois dias de capacitação, os participantes tiveram uma ampla programação com várias palestras. Na quinta-feira o evento começou com uma palestra- grupo reflexivo ministrada por Eliomara Correia Abrantes, assessora técnica do Núcleo Especial de Promoção e Defesa dos Direitos da Mulher (Nudem), e Vanilda Bahia Luna, psicóloga. No mesmo dia, à tarde, houve a palestra sobre Primeiro Socorros, com Hélio Raimundo de Souza Melo, instrutor de APH Tático da Guarda Civil Metropolitana de João Pessoa.

Na sexta-feira foi a vez da capacitação oferecer palestra sobre descumprimento de medida protetiva, com a delegada Maria Sileide de Azevedo, coordenadora das Delegacias Especializadas de Atendimento à Mulher do Estado (Coordeam/PB). À tarde, o curso foi encerrado com uma palestra sobre rede de apoio às mulheres vítimas de violência, ministrada por Gessica Almeida de Freitas, técnica da Diretoria de Enfrentamento à Violência da Secretaria da Mulher de João Pessoa.
