Para facilitar as negociações entre consumidores e empresas, o Procon Municipal promove nos dias 14 e 15 de março, 6ª edição da Campanha “Estamos Quites”, com descontos e parcelamentos na quitação de débitos. O evento acontece das 08 às 17h na sede do Procon Municipal localizado na Av. Afonso Pena, 3128, centro.

A campanha Estamos Quites conta com condições diferenciadas das encontradas nos canais tradicionais de atendimento das empresas para negociação e renegociação de débitos para os consumidores com contas em atraso, trazendo descontos e facilidade no parcelamento.

Durante os dias, os consumidores poderão renegociar dívidas com empresas como Águas Guariroba, Energisa, Associação Comercial, Banco Bradesco, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco do Brasil, Banco Itaú, Cartórios de Protesto, Claro, Secretaria de assistência social(SAS) e Agência municipal de habitação e assuntos fundiários (EMHA).

Dentre as opções facilitadas de negociação destaca-se a possibilidade de quitação do débito com descontos. Consulta gratuita ao SCPC, abertura e orientações sobre o CadÚnico , inclusão no benefício da Tarifa Social, consultoria jurídica e atendimento do núcleo de educação financeira.

O subsecretário José Costa Neto ressalta a importância da Campanha para a economia das famílias. “Nós já estamos na 6ª edição da campanha que é muito importante para a cidade, tendo em vista o atual cenário em que muitas famílias se encontram endividadas e com dificuldades de equilibrar o orçamento familiar. O Procon municipal vem com o Estamos Quites com o intuito de possibilitar aos consumidores as melhores vantagens de negociação de suas dívidas”.

O consumidor ainda pode realizar sua denúncia pelo canal de denúncias do Procon municipal pelo número 156 opção 2, e para dúvidas e orientações pelo número 2020-1231.
